Gouje & Danielle was created out of love for hospitality and the culinary arts. The new country-style bistro-restaurant, in the heart of the Sharon region - Israel’s Tuscany lookalike - is set on a hill, with vistas of vineyards, olive and citrus groves from horizon to horizon.
With its splendid location close to the old village water-tower, Gouje & Danielle offers perfectly thought-out dishes, influenced by French and Italian cuisine, with local Mediterranean touches. The emphasis is on natural raw ingredients - seasonal and fresh: a splendid assortment of fresh vegetables grown and picked in a local farm, alongside fine quality fish, seafood, and meat. All the pasta is made in-house, plus all the baked delights prepared in an Italian brick-oven.
Huge windows open onto views of the surrounding landscape, as if the country becomes part of the sunny, spacious inside. Seating on the pretty balcony allows diners to enjoy the soft caressing breeze together with a gastronomic experience.
Only five minutes from Ra’anana, fifteen minutes from Natanya and a half-hour’s drive from Tel Aviv, Gouje & Danielle brings freshness, youth, and vitality to the region, plus a rural ambience that’s light-years away from the city’s noise.
Our creative pastry-chef is in charge of the desserts, which he created with a home-like touch. We highly recommend that you indulge yourselves with his unforgettable Pavlova.
